Exchange and Return Policy
To benefit from return, exchange and warranty services, you must bring the original invoice.
The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
Exchange Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after the seven days have passed.
2- To replace the product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that are defective or that do not meet the specifications specified by the consumer.
2- If the product is an electronic device such as Apple, Samsung, etc.
3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered to be works.
4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.
5- If the contract deals with the purchase of digital products.
6 - Modified devices have an operational warranty only.
Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to that product after the seven days have passed.
2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer bears the costs incurred in the return process and shipping costs. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
4- Modified devices have an operational warranty only.
5 - In the event of a product return using the warranty and return form, the refund takes 14 days from the product's arrival at the warehouse in the case of bank transfer and Apple Pay. In the event of payment via Mada or Visa, the refund takes 7 working days and the shipping and packaging fees are not refunded. In the event of a product return and the customer paid via Tabby or Tamara, 10% of the amount will be deducted.
6 - In the event of cancellation of an order for products that require processing time, the amount paid will be refunded after 20 days from the date of creating the order.
